Cancel subscription

If you wish to cancel a current subscription, then the workspace admin can go to the ‘Settings’ -> ‘Billing Info’ & click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button. Connetra doesn’t offer refunds of payments already made, so canceling a subscription will mean you can still access the workspace until the due date of the next invoice as this is what you have already paid for (note: as you have canceled your subscription you won’t be charged another invoice).
